Since A Cut Above Salon & Spa was founded over 15 years ago, our clients have experienced unique treatments and personal service unlike any others.
Today, more then ever A Cut Above Salon & Spa is dedicated to providing a friendly, professional environment that integrates elements of both science and nature with the human touch --- all to enhance a client’s appearance and renew a sense of well being.
With a combination of over 40 years of experience, each professional is either an employee or a private contractor and are required to meet stringent standards for training, experience and excellence.

Policies and Procedures:
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment. Late arrivals will still finish at the scheduled time, while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. Thank you for understanding that we make our living by reserving time for our clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so we can be ready on time for your treatment.
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you just need a fresh point of view, please let us know. We are a professional team and are pleased to have clients work with all members of our staff.
Please be courteous to our staff by providing us with a minimum of 12 hours notice for any change or cancellation in your appointment. We must charge 50% of the service fee to those who provide less than the minimum notice and the full fee for those who do not call to cancel or reschedule.
Merchandise returned for defective reasons only will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Please refrain from bringing children to the spa unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
If you have a medical condition or are under a physician’s care, please advise us so that we can provide the best possible service.
No smoking is permitted in any area of the salon or spa.
There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
Please be sure to turn cell-phones and pagers off (or vibrate) before entering the Spa.
